| OMG the latest chapter!!!  Guys, I've a question I'd like to discuss with you, Shinji fans. I'll add it in spoilers so I don't destroy things for someone who hasn't read the latest chapter. - Spoiler:
So we see at the end that Shinji activates his shikai, which surprised Aizen. Now, Aizen mentioned during the episode that in a battle between shinigami, reiatsu matters a whole lot. Then, what if Hirako's Sakenade could also reverse reiatsu? Since Hitsugaya was able to stab Aizen. It could be that or Hitsugaya has more reiatsu than Aizen.

| He just reversed Aizen's perception, so Hitsugaya could attack from behind. Aizen didn't foresee this, so he didn't pile up his reiatsu from behind or whatever, since he saw Hitsugaya charging from the front. I doubt Sakanade reverses reiatsu. | |

| it is even a little more complex than a mirror, because up and down are still up and down with a simple mirror, but that is why shinji is so awesome. | |

| Well he just has that cool badass attitude. PLus his fight with Grimm was sick. IN the anime japanese voicing was great. When he told grimm to stop destroying buildings and then the music in the backround, one of my favorite parts in the anime. | |
