~Welcome to the Labs.~

This is the place where new discoveries are made and inventions are born.Personnel hold shifts at the main computer frame monitoring for any abnormalities and all pitch in with the Main projects as well as working on individual projects and requests.All personnel are given I.D. cards that open all doors except color coded blue,which lead to restricted sections and are granted only with the approval of both the Head and the Vice Head.

~Rules~
1.No experiments on live Humans,Quincies and Shinigami unless the subject is willing and you have permission of the Head or Vice Head.
2.If you experiment is dangerous and might result in a large decimation of the labs please inform the Head or Vice Head before hand so a barrier could be erected.We are tired of constant rebuilding.
3.Respect the personal space of your colleagues.
4.Clean up after yourself.
More rules shall be added as needed.Failure to follow them will result in a warning followed by heavy fines.

What is the first project, and how should it look like when it's finished...what does working on a project mean?

Alright,I changed the projects a bit to fit the need more..I'm still trying to figure out a way to integrate it into the forums...if people from Earth game ordered technology research-like,let's say laser guns-we could come up with a design and power and then sell for reishi,I'll make a thread were you can buy/sell/order stuff but we'd first need to come up with a few things people could ask for.So for now working on a project means you're creating/inventing some item,you post the process here...and when it's done you could sell it...We'll come up with more stuff to do..I'm just out of imagination right now >< You can pick any of the main/available projects and just using the idea given expand on it..think up what it would do,what it'd look like and so on,that's what the labs are for..you decide when it's finished and post something like a summary report explaining the item and then if you want it can go for sale....you can also make your own projects and work on them,just post what it is so it goes on the list.

~Also,I keep forgetting to ask,what position would you like in the Department?
