Tinypic.com works really well for me. COMPLETELY free... and I've never exceeded my "Bandwidth". (All my sigs and avas and icons and whatnot are hosted there. And Forumotion lets you host images too. I personally... don't like Photobucket that much... Mainly for what happened here! XDDD I've never encountered that problem with Tinypic, and I've been using it freely for about 9 months now! Over 200 Images too! (And counting)

Imageshack works too if you want to have something collected in an album, but tinypic is really the best.
